By creating an account or using CelebXchange, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CelebXchange. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.

Campaigns are agreements between brands and creators. CelebXchange facilitates these transactions but is not a party to the underlying agreement. Payment terms are agreed between the parties. We may hold funds in escrow and release them upon completion of deliverables.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, display, and process it to provide our services. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CelebXchange shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the platform or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CelebXchange operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
