CelebXchange is a platform that connects brands with creators for authentic marketing collaborations. This Content Policy sets out the standards for content shared, uploaded, and promoted through our platform. All users — creators, brands, and agencies — must comply with this policy.

You may not upload, share, or promote content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive in any jurisdiction.
• Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence.
• Depicts or promotes sexual exploitation, non-consensual content, or minors in a sexualized manner.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm systems or users.
• Promotes the sale of counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, or other regulated items.
• Misrepresents engagement metrics, follower counts, or authenticity data.

We are committed to fighting fake engagement. Creators must not use bots, purchased followers, or engagement manipulation to inflate their metrics. Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines in the United States).

Brands must provide accurate campaign briefs and deliverables. Creators must deliver content that matches the agreed scope. Both parties must honor agreed payment terms and campaign timelines. Misrepresentation of deliverables or payment evasion may result in account suspension.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of this policy. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal from the platform. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
